Shahied Allie, SEDFA Business Advisor, conducted a Business Model Canvas Assessment Tool on the business. The exercise comprised of an interview with Mr. Opperman, visual assessments through touring the business operations and research through external sources. The assessment enabled SEDFA to identify relevant areas for further development. The business requires training, development, marketing, and funding assistance.
