The client was assisted with signage boards, roll-up banners and business cards. In 2022, Limpo Crete identified a need for a ready-mix concrete as customers frequently requested the product, however, it had to refer customers to other businesses. Limpo Crete was then referred to Sedfa Lending Unit for a funding amount of R2 762 571.00. The funds were utilized for purchase of the following: concrete manufacturing plan, FAW Mixer, Generator, Multi-loader, Security Equipment and Working Capital. Balance on the loan on November 2025 is R859 695.14 on Sedfa records with no areas.
Outcome Details:
Signage boards helped attract more customers to the business. Over the years, the business has grown from just a brick manufacturing business to include ready mix concrete, palisade fence, and precast walls. The business has experienced a significant increase in sales, rising R225 000.00 to R7 121 747.00 in the financial years February 2025. The number of permanent employees has increased from three to nine. Depending on the need, casual employees are sometimes contracted for specific activities.
